  Quality Control
We have defined components of quality service. In addition, we teach our employees the proper procedures. We vigorously audit the process to ensure it is working. The underlying cohesive approach in all our systems and procedures is to ensure outstanding quality service for the lowest prices, translating to the highest value for our customers. If any time chauffeur or office personnel do not comply with My Limousine quality methods, he / she is terminated.
 
  Quality Monitoring
To ensure consistent service to our passengers, "My Limousine" has three levels of Chauffeur quality monitoring: Mystery Rides- Mystery riders test our Chauffeur's ability unannounced, audit rides, and comparing the service provided to a standard checklist. My Limousine consistently monitors its level of activity to ensure we have proper staffing in all areas - driving, customer service, accounting, and management. We are a 24-hours service, 7-days-a-week operation that offers the same consistent quality at 12:00 a.m. as we do at 12:00 p.m.
 
  Driver Records
Before an offer of employment, the candidate must undergo a background check, which includes research of personal credit history, driving record and criminal records.
 
  Uniforms
My Limousine's chauffeurs all time proper uniform. Any Chauffeur who reports to work without a uniform not assigned a vehicle until he is in proper attire.
 
  Insurance
My Limousine has the highest insurance coverage in the industry. Comprehensive general liability insurance with combined a single limit of not less than $1,500,000. Comprehensive automobile liability insurance, including automobile non-ownership liability with a combined single limit of not less than $1,500,000 My Limousine furnishes each client with a certificate of insurance evidencing its coverage naming them as an additional insured as its interests may appear and agreeing that in the event of any material change or cancellation of this policy (30) days prior written notice will be given.
 
  Computerization
My Limousine has designed a sophisticated computer system for reservations, dispatching and billing which allows for accuracy as well as efficient processing of rides. Custom billing and reporting is available.
 
  Billing
Once a ride is complete, then automatically sent to our billing department, each reservation is reconciled. Our bills are itemized and list:

- Passenger full name.
- Trip date, day and Time of pickup.
- Pick-up locations and drop-off locations.
- Trip rate.
- Early or Late charge fee.
- Extra stop(s) and location(s).
- Waiting time charges.
- Gratuity.
- Total of each trip fare.

In addition, we can further subdivide our bills by cost center or department numbers, etc., as required. All major credit cards are accepted.
