To insure the highest quality of service for all our clients, we strongly suggest you read this statement of policy.
  Waiting time charges
Executive Luxury Sedan $15.00 Plus 20% Gratuity For Each Quarter Hour
6 Passenger Stretch Limousine $20.50 Plus 20% Gratuity For Each Quarter Hour
8 Passenger Stretch Limousine $20.00 Plus 20% Gratuity For Each Quarter Hour
10 Passenger Stretch Limousine $25.00 Plus 20% Gratuity For Each Quarter Hour
14 Passenger Executive Van $25.00 Plus 20% Gratuity For Each Quarter Hour
Passenger Luxury Limo-Van $25.00 Plus 20% Gratuity For Each Quarter Hour


Waiting charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time on departures. After 15 minutes, waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled departure. Waiting Time charges are assessed hourly, "My Limousine never charges
the customers waiting time for Airport pickups domestic or international arrivals"

Train schedules cannot be monitored therefore billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time.

 
  Transfer Rates
Transfer rates are, based on a one-way ride from one location to another in a sedan without any additional stops. Additional stops will be charge at the rate listed below (to another city or town) in route to the destination.

The above extra stops charges added to the Base rates plus 20% gratuity. If an additional stop is not directly in route to a drop-off point, an out of route charge may apply.
 
  My Limousine available on holidays
There is a $25 Surcharge on Major Holidays will be add to trip rate for the service scheduled on the following days:

- Easter - Christmas Eve after 3 PM
- Memorial Day - Christmas Day
- July 4th - New Years Eve after 3PM
- Labor Day - New Years Day
 
  Early and Late Charges
Add $25.00 for all transportation start between the hours of 10:00 PM until 6:00 AM, plus gratuity; will be adding to the Invoice.
 
  Hourly Rates
Hourly rates are billed from the time that driver leaves the mylimousine.com facility until the time he returns. Fractions of an hour are charges at a one-hour rate.
 
  Special VIP
Pickup from any location, your personal chauffeur will drive you to any destination of your choice. While you conduct your business, your chauffeur will remain at your disposal for you as long as you need. Minimum 3 hours at $60 an hour.
 
  Mileage Rates for (Long-Distance Trips)
Mileage rates are, charged in lieu of the hourly rate when applicable on a round trip basis (Whichever is greater).

Sedans: $1.50 per mile
Limousine: $2.50 per mile

 
  Guarantee of Payment
We require a guarantee of payment on all reservations; we accept all major credit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Diner's Club, Discover or by cash. We welcome corporate accounts and offer many billing options including cost center subtotals and other information required for efficient processing.

Corporate customer charges, we accept all major credit cards or credit account with My Limousine. House credit accounts billed 2 times a month on 10th and last day of the each month, terms are net 7 days. Rates plus tolls, parking and 20% gratuity for all vehicles, late Payment finance charge fee 10 % per month will be apply for all invoice/statement past due after due date.

 
  Sedan Car Cancellations
Round Trip reservation must canceled as two separate reservations.†Cancellation fee equal to %30 of the trip cost plus 20% service charge will be charged for any cancellation 24 hours before scheduled pick-up time. Cancellation within 24 hours will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the trip plus the 20% service fee.

Note: A nonrefundable deposit of %30 is required for reservation.

 
  Stretch Limousine Cancellations
(Applies to Stretch Limousines, Vans & Coach Vehicles)

A 30% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to hold all stretch Limousine reservations. Cancellations within 7 Days of this reservation forfeit 100% of the total bill plus 20% service fee. Otherwise, 50% plus 20% service fee of the total bill will be forfeited; without exception.

 
  No-Show Fee
A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus %20 Service charge plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without notifying mylimousine.com
 
  Surcharges
All out-of-pocket charges, including two way tolls, parking, airport fees will be billed to customers. Transportation service charges are, base rates plus add 20% gratuity and 6% service fee.

Note: A nonrefundable deposit of 30 % is required for reservation.

 
  Gratuity Service Fee
Mylimousine.com chauffeurs do not accept gratuities. 20 % service fee based on the fare will be added to the bill.
 
  We reserve the right
My Limousine, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any Service without Refund, If the Operator or the Office feels that the Renter/Party of the Renter is putting the operator or the mode of transportation or The Renter/Party of the Renter in danger of Injury. Or if the Renter/Party of the Renter is in the possession of any Illegal Material or Substance, this service will be canceled without refund. This is without exception.
 
  Other
My Limousine, Inc. shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road condition, and breakdowns. My Limousine, Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle.
 
  Metropolitan New York and New Jersey
Your driver will always meet you and escort you safely to your vehicle. We do not pull up for curbside pick-ups. Our drivers are in constant communication with our dispatch office over portable two-way radios. Should you have any difficulty finding your driver, please call and we will solve the problem immediately. In order to avoid a "no show fee"; please do not leave the designated meeting location without notifying My Limousine, Inc.
 
  Domestic Flights
JFK & LaGuardia- meet driver at the baggage claim area.
Newark- meets driver in the Designated Limousine Driver area.
 
  International Flights
Meet your driver outside customs area with one exception: Delta JFK flights clear customs through two areas, A and B, if you do not see your driver; Please call us at toll free at Toll Free: 1.800.309.1969 / Local: 1.973.798.6000
 
  Private Airport
My Limousine must have the name of the corporation or private carrier, location in the airport, and tail number of the arriving airplane.
 
  NYC Train & Bus
Call My Limousine upon arrival and we will tell you where to meet your chauffeur.
 
  Newark Penn Station
Call My Limousine upon your arrival and we will tell you where to meet your chauffeur.
 
  NYC Piers
We suggest that pick-up arrangements to be scheduled approximately 2 hours after docking to allow time to clear customs. Passengers will be meeting outside at Berths 1 through 6 on the lower level. Please call My Limousine when Custom inspection is complete, our driver can notify to pull up to the pier. Passengers are not responsible for waiting time charges.
 
  Special VIP Services
My Limousine offers VIP services to meet the special needs of our customers. Rates for Meet & Greet Airport Escort, VIP Security, Group Express, and for our specially equipped VIP Vehicles are available upon request. Be sure to book these services as much in advance as possible.
